MTE Objectives
Allow farmers and ranchers a better alternative than putting manure back on fields as fertilizer--potentially harming the environment and generating fines or penalties.
Use manure based energy to generate green electricity, dry manure, and dry grains.
Recapture, in an environmentally friendlier format, most of the nutrients in the fertilizer.
Nature's Fuel has designed manure-specific pyrolyzers and gasifiers to form the heart of our MTE systems.
We designed or modified the other components of the system to handle a broad spectrum of biomass (manures, stover, grains, DDGs, grasses, etc.)
Our staff provides on going engineering, preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, environmental and safety engineering, plant balancing, plant layouts, and electrical systems integration.
