Landfill Wastes
In North America, we lead the way to non-incinerated, clean, Waste To Energy (WTE).
Like traditional WTE, we consume 85 to 95% of all items delivered to a landfill.
However we utilize far more of the potential energy in a landfill than incineration,
create a fraction of the emissions of incineration and yield biochar instead of toxic ash.
We fund our own projects. We do not look for financial input from a community.
The energy we make is clean and is targeted to the needs of the surrounding communities-green electricity, bio gas, or bio oils.
Because none of our residue needs to be land-filled, we can lengthen the life of a landfill.
The small amount that is discharged from our process is dry, sterile, and valuable for several different uses.
It would not be a source of leachate creation or on-going emissions.
We target MSW or C&D landfills that are-or would like to grow to-300,000 tons per year or larger.
