Where there is enough BTU per hour need, we may consider a local plant to reduce or eliminate transportation costs.
Where the BTU, steam or electric power need is great enough, we may also consider providing any needed capital equipment for the applications:
Foundry Applications:
• Dryers
• Afterburners
• Reverb Furnaces
Steam and/or Electricity Applications:
• Paper mills
• Food processing
• Grain processing
• Chemical processing
• Tire plants
• Other Major Uses

Nature's Fuel
Replacing natural gas with less expensive, clean, bio-fuel
We are engaged in replacing natural gas in several applications, most of which can payback a customer's investment in equipment within a year. We are willing to discuss fixed fuel prices for a long term period to assure significant savings beyond the payback period. Savings may prove to be 15 to 25% or more.
Examples of recent projects we have worked on to replace natural gas:
Equipment:
Fire tube boilers
Water tube boilers
Air suspension burners
Gasifiers
Applications:
Reverb furnaces at foundries
Electrical co-generation
Driers for food processing
Driers for metal chips
Afterburners
Pre-heaters
Hospital heating and cooling
Paint and coating operation drying
Replacing or co-burning with coal to control emissions cost effectively
Go back to using cheap high sulfur coal-just add enough of our fuel into the mix to reduce your problem emissions to below required levels of sulfur, chlorine, fluorine, mercury, barium, or any other metals.
Low ash
Easier to remove from tubes
Reduce your soot blowing
Very little material handling changes required
Great in stokers, fluidized bed, air suspension or any other boiler application
It is probable that co-blending will allow a slight efficiency increase through air turn-down
Green Electricity Generation
We can deliver "green electricity" or the green fuel to create it (10 to 30 MWH) to companies or utilities using our ubiquitous supply of totally renewable green fuel
